Addon Manager Check for Updates causing fatal errors

I just upgraded to OR version 3.1.10

I also have TransparentRETS and Maps installed so I went to the Addon Manager to upgrade. Clicking on the check for updates icon on any of the addons causes the following error:

Hi,

Thank you for reporting this issue. We have corrected the problem that was causing those errors to appear when checking for updates to add-ons.
