Add a calendar script to your template. OR has the jQuery plugins 'fullcalendar' and 'weekcalendar' available that you could use for any calendar operations.

They are located in /include/class/jquery/jquery_plugins

Yes.

There have been a lot of improvements and bug fixes since v3.1.2 (current is v3.2.5) so an upgrade is highly recommended.

The errors are telling you exactly what is wrong.

Your host's installed version of the ionCube loader is too old. They should be using v4.2.2

Grazie ! I ask the host to change it, they did and now everything is fine. I am trying to put the calendar now. Let see how how good I am!

Thank you for you good support!

Grazie!

I had

already checked those sites. The problem the refer to file with different names

respect to names on Open Realty files. Do I am confuse on which one I have to

put. I wonder why is know in the treads nobody had difficulties in implementing

the calendar.

Are this

the correct text to put on my pages?

<link rel='stylesheet' type='text/css' href='fullcalendar.css' />

<script type='text/javascript' src='jquery.js'></script>

<script type='text/javascript' src='fullcalendar.js'></script>

<div id='calendar'></div>

You need to use absolute and not relative paths to your .js and .css files.

You also need to use the correct file names, look in in /include/class/jquery/jquery_plugins folder to get the correct names unless you are using your own files placed elsewhere.

Questions about how to use those libraries correctly are best directed to their authors and their support mechanisms. The support provided here is primarily for Open-Realty and Transparent Tech's commercial add-ons and not 3rd party libraries or applications.

If you are not already familiar with the Chrome Developer's tools, I highly recommend it for debugging design as well as javascript problems. Most browsers also have a built-in error console for viewing/debugging javascript problems.

Ok, after hours of reading only up loading some other files from http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/ I made the calendar appear on my site. Now How can I link id ID listing with the google calendar?

I wish it coulb be mere easy like with an addon ... it looks very coplecate and still I am not sure if this calendar can give me for each property a different calender?

See the OR docs for a list of available template tags for the specific template file you are using.

for example.

listing detail page template tags:

I am trying to ricall into the script a template tag (field) wher I put my Google code for each propriety. Yet, although all the calendar work properly I am not able to see the tag text appearing in the script that I copied below. Maybe the tags don't work inside the script? Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

<script>

var j$ = jQuery.noConflict();

j$(document).ready(function() {

j$('#calendar').fullCalendar({

eventSources: [

"{listing_field_Availability_value}",

]

});

});

</script>

Put your custom JS function all on one line.

photo

It looks like that if the script is in the head of the html, the text of the tag doen't appear, but if I put the script in the body part of the html, it is appearing perfectly, yet the script of the calendar inizialization works only when is in the head of the html. It there any other way to insert the tags in the head part of the html?

Template tags work when inserted within either the <head> or <body>

See my previous response for a possible solution.

If you are not inserting your template tag into your listing_detail template file, it's not going to render because {listing_field_XXX_value} is specifically for use within listing_detail, search_result, and Featured/Random/Latest listing templates.

I see, now I understand the reason. Thank you very much. It is a bit of a problem because the <head> is inside the "main" template.......

Ok, I took all the scrips in the listings template and now everything is ok.

It was a nightmare ......
