What template exactly are you working with?

You can otherwise use and/or rename any CSS file you wish, if you want to use template tags such as {baseurl} in your CSS files you must load them via: {load_css_XXX} where XXX is the name of your CSS file without the .css extension.

I'd suggest you review the template documentation carefully, a lot has changed since OR v2.x

Hi Had to look at some code and found it.

Look for

function renderListingsMainImage($listingID, $showdesc, $java)

and then find

if(document.images){document.getElementById('main').src

Here you can see the getElementById 'main'

which is in css .main { etc , etc}

this needs to be renamed in OR as the name main is well used to design a template for web designers for the main content.

I have no idea what you are looking at or what you are referring to. There is no dependency in OR that css files be named "main.css". You can name your custom template's CSS files whatever you wish.

No PIV... "Al" is saying O-R should be changed because it requires an element with a CSS "id" named as "main" (there is nothing related to file name). He is not able to create/change templates that already used that ID and he is asking O-R to change it. LOL! C'mon Al...

O.K. I think I get it now. This is unlikely to change since you can solve this via the display layer, i.e. editing your CSS/HTML.

Hi I think I have got my wording wrong here

See design:

<html>

<head>

</head>

<body>

<div>

<divid="header"></div>

<divid="navigation"></div>

<div id="main">{content}</div>

<divid="right_col"></div>

<div id="footer"></div>

</div>

</body>

</html>

Eduardo think you understand this that the

<div id="main">

cannot be used in any part of a template design at all.

Why?

Because function renderListingsMainImage is using it

So don't use it! That's a reserved "id" at Open-Realty. You know that since a long time. Wich function is using it, only O-R Devs knows. O-R core files are encrypted and nobody else can say wich function is using it.
