Email Listing To A Friend - Hardcoded <head>

Hi there,

The "Email Listing To A Friend" templated page seems to have hard-coded <head> tags.

Is it possible to use one of the page#main.html or other file to change this?

The email_a_friend.html file begins with <h1>, which is within the <body> tag.

Thanks in advance.

OR 3.1.19 latest.

Correct, like most other template files 'email_a_friend.html' only supports and contains markup to be placed within the <body>.

It obtains the rest of the HTML via 'popup.html' if you have your "Email a Friend" link setup to open in a window (using: &popup=yes), and from 'main.html' otherwise.

Also: There is no OR v3.1.19. v3.2.9 would be latest.

Hey is there any way to add the members name to the message?

Rather than saying "Your friend has recommended"...

It could be something like "I recommend you check this page:

{listing link}

Thanks,

{members name}

"

Is there any way to get the members name on any of the templates?Or do I need to build an addon to retrieve it from variables somehow?

I've also been able to use a lot of the listing detail template tags on this page which has been great.
