Getting a "Powered By Tag Removed From Template! error.

I am getting this error even though I did not remove the powered by tag. I chose the 'default' template for the the admin template that I downloaded with OR v3. I now get the "Powered By Tag Removed From Template!..." This has completely locked me out of the site to even change to a template that I can use. The FAQ page says the {powered_by_tag} is located in the main.html file in the selected template folder, however the default template does NOT have a main.html file so I don't even know where to put the tag. Please help.

The answer I posted to your other question should fix this as well. Basically you need to get back to the OR_small template.

You need to always disclose the exact version of OR you are using when requesting support here.

"default" is not a valid OR administration template in OR v3, available choices are: OR_small and cms_admin_integration.

Access your OR administration area using:

/admin/index.php?action=configure

and set your Administration template to 'OR_small'.from the template tab.

Also, please do not post the same thing in multiple threads, this is completel.y unnecessary.

I'm using v. 3.1.11. I'm not sure why there's a default template folder in the files I downloaded with this version and it came up as a choice in my site configuration. I'm now back into the admin site with the OR_small template, but there is no link to the site configuration page from the admin panel.

Because OR includes both a default administration and public site template, however neither of which should be able to be selected from Site Config.

I would guess you perhaps performed an upgrade from OR v2 and had a pre-existing template named default set.

Log out and then log back in after clearing your browser cache. if that does not fix it, delete the entire contents of /admin and re-upload the /admin folder from your OR .zip file.

Sorry about reposting. I thought I had posted in a closed thread.
