gradient color search rows

Trying to customize the subtle color gradients between the listing result rows ( <tr class="result_row_1"> and ( <tr class="result_row_0" )..

I found what I THINK controls this in the lazuli/html5 directory style.css.

I've tried a couple changes in that style.css file but am not seeing the changes.. is this the correct file to adjust?

You need to locate the CSS classes "result_row_1" and "result_row_0" in the CSS file that your custom template is using.

yes, agree. unfortunately the only style sheet for lazuli is the style_main.css which controls the outer framework, nothing about the content within that framework. there is nothing there about the result-rows.

Thanks, I'll keep looking and let you know if I find it some place else.

1) You should not be editing the lazuli example template directly, you should be editing a copy that is placed in a custom template folder. Otherwise your changes are going to get overwritten.

2) The CSS is coming from the detault CSS file for the default template. You cannot edit the default template's CSS directly. To change, set the following in your custom template's CSS and it will override the default:

  1. .result_row_0{background-color:#F0F0F0;}
  2. .result_row_1{background-color:#FFFFFF;}

Change the colors or other styling as you see fit.
