How do I add an agent when there is no add agent tab?

I'm a new user of open realty so please excuse any dumb questions...

How does one add a new agent when there is no add an agent tab? I've looked up the help text and it references an "add a new agent / member" tab that I do not have in my admin area.

Please help!

All Users in OR are managed (add/edit/delete) via the "User Manager" which is a menu link on the left when logged in as the Administrator or logged-in as an Agent with "Edit all Users" privileges. The [Add User] button is at the top of the page of the User Manager.

Thanks for the response, I really appreciate it.

Unfortunately I don't have the user manager button in the menu...? I assume this means that the user we log on with (the only one we have indecently) is not a full admin?

How does one get full access if the web developer that set our system up is no longer in business...

Oh, here's a screen dump of the menu when we log in. Thought it might help.

See:

"I forgot my admin password...."

The version of OR you are using is unsupported/obsolete as of 2010, but the above information will still work.

Thanks so much! Where are you based? I owe you a beer...

No problem, and good luck. I personally work out of Nevada and Northern CA.

You will want to seriously consider updating that old software, the version you have contains several published security vulnerabilities, and it will stop working when your host gets around to updating PHP.
