How do I control the list of field elements?

OR Pro 3.2.7

TRETS 2.1.2

I am using the MLS field "Town" in my search form. It appears the options/elements for this are being supplied through the MLS feed, because it has a lot of towns in there in which we do not have a listing.

1) Ideally, I'd like this list of elements to include only towns for which there is a listing in my database. Can this be done?

2) If #1 is not possible, is it possible to manually maintain this list of elements?

Thanks,

John

Either is possible.

See docs:

http://docs.transparent-tech.com/open-realty/latest/searchpageoptions.html

http://docs.transparent-tech.com/open-realty/latest/searchresultstemplatetags.html

You could also filter your import in TRETS to only include "towns" that you service. This will have the added benefit of reducing the number of listings you have to import and manage.

How do we filter the TRETS import? I only need property class "2" Land and the Lake field=Keowee.

Please refer to the TRETS documentation section: "Import Criteria" for details.

If you require further assistance, I would suggest opening a TRETS support ticket.
