Search form template tag not rendering properly in IE9

I'm using the standard search form template tag to render a search form in my right column of the template I'm using in ver 3.2.5 . The form renders properly in all browsers except IE9. Where is the css for the search form template tag and how should it be written to render in IE9?

For solving cross brower compatibility problems you should first make sure your HTML markup validates (yours does not) or at least only contains non-design related errors.

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fplaycollegebaseball.org&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

You should also validate your CSS.
