Why was the community portal under maintenance and moved?

Customers,

As you may have already noticed, we have moved our community portal from getsatisfaction to a new system. This was done due to a lack of some common but missing administrative features we needed to maintain this community portal. All content from the get satisfaction portal has been migrated over to this new system.

The login system on this portal is tied directly to our billing/support system, so you still use a single login for access. If after you login, you notice you no longer have access to your old posts, please just post a reply here and I will fix this for you. The reason your post might not not show up in your account, is due to a limitation in the getsatisfaction data migration.

Hi Ryan, I ended with 2 accounts: "ebmarques" and "Eduardo Marques". I can't login with the first one. Could you please join both accounts (keeping only the "ebmarques" one)? Thanks!
